氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷是一种侧链含有氨乙基和氨丙基的双氨基官能团改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。由于其分子结构中引入了极性极强的氨基官能团，使其能够与纤维、头发、皮肤及各种固体表面形成极强的物理和化学吸附作用。这种特性赋予了产品极佳的润滑性、柔软性以及优异的成膜性能。它通常作为活性中间体，被乳化成非离子或阳离子微乳液，用于提升终端产品的触感和耐洗性。

Aminoethylaminopropyl Dimethicone is a modified polydimethylsiloxane with diamino functional groups (aminoethyl and aminopropyl) in its side chains. The highly polar amino functional groups introduced into its molecular structure enable it to form strong physical and chemical adsorption interactions with fibers, hair, skin, and various solid surfaces. This property endows products with excellent lubricity, softness, and superior film-forming properties. It is commonly used as an active intermediate, emulsified into nonionic or cationic microemulsions to improve the feel and wash resistance of end products.

 

1. Aminoethylaminopropyl Dimethicone is a core ingredient in high-performance softeners in textile finishing. After emulsification, it is applied to cotton, linen, silk, and polyester fabrics, penetrating the fibers to form an extremely thin, elastic film.

2. Aminoethylaminopropyl Dimethicone plays a significant conditioning role in personal care products, particularly shampoos and conditioners. It effectively adsorbs onto the negatively charged surface of damaged hair, neutralizing static electricity.

3. Aminoethylaminopropyl Dimethicone is used in finishing agents and conditioning agents in the leather industry. It significantly improves the coefficient of friction of leather surfaces, providing excellent silky feel and anti-sticking properties.

4. Aminoethylaminopropyl Dimethicone performs excellently in industrial mold release and polishing aids. Its highly active functional groups enable it to form a durable insulating layer on the mold surface.

When used in high-end shampoo and hair care cosmetics, it can make the hair softer, smoother and more shiny, significantly reduce the combing force, and is antistatic and washable.

When used to process cotton, wool, linen, silk and other fabric fibers, it can make the fabric feel soft, smooth and elastic. This product is an ideal material for making hairdressing and hair care cosmetics and high-grade fabric softening and finishing agents.

Used for glazing and protection of wooden and leather furniture and floors.
