4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide is used as a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and various plastics and in organic synthesis.
1: 4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide is used as a foaming agent for rubber and various plastics. Mixing with ADC foaming agent and baking soda can promote ADC foaming agent to increase gas emission. 4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide is used as a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and various plastics to produce fine closed-cell structures for plastics and rubber products. The shrinkage rate of the products is small and the tear strength is large. It is used as a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and various plastics and in organic synthesis.
2: 4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide is a low-temperature foaming agent, suitable for various plastics and rubbers such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber and polyvinyl chloride. The generated gas and decomposition residue are non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting. The product has a uniform and fine pore structure, a small shrinkage rate and a large fracture strength. It is particularly suitable for the manufacture of closed-cell foam plastics and sponge rubber. This product has a low decomposition temperature and should be mixed below 70°C. 4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide cannot be used together with dinitrosopentamethyltetramine (foaming agent H) or lead salts to avoid coking and contamination of the rubber. No foaming aid is required when using 4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide.
3: 4-Methylbenzenesulfonhydrazide is a foaming agent with extremely wide adaptability and is known as a universal foaming agent. It has a low decomposition temperature and can be mixed below 70°C. It is suitable for various plastics, natural and synthetic rubbers. The generated gas and decomposition residues are non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free. The pore structure is fine and uniform, the product shrinkage is small, and the tear strength is high. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of closed-cell foam plastics and sponge rubber. It can be used in polyvinyl chloride to produce white foam (the mold needs to be chrome-plated). It cannot be used together with foaming agent H and lead salts, and generally no foaming aid is required.
